Do I need a counsellor or doctor to use it?

No. SmokingTracker works as a standalone self-monitoring tool. You can track your sessions, see your patterns, and set your own goals entirely on your own. Connecting to a clinician is optional — and entirely under your control.

What exactly does it track?

Every session you log captures the method (joint, vape, edible, etc.), the amount, the time, and optionally your mood, craving level, and what triggered the use. Over time this builds into heatmaps, trend charts, and trigger frequency rankings — the full picture of your habits.

Is my data private?

Your data is yours. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you explicitly connect to a clinician and grant them access. You can see exactly what a clinician can view, and you can disconnect at any time. No data is ever sold or used for advertising.

Do I need to download an app?
