Do I need to be in treatment to use this?
No. SmokingTracker is for anyone curious about their own cannabis habits, whether or not they're working with a counsellor. You can use it completely independently — no referral, no clinical connection required.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your logs are visible only to you. If you ever work with a counsellor who also uses SmokingTracker, you can choose to connect and share specific data categories — but sharing is always your decision, and you can withdraw it at any time. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.
Does it require an app download?
No. SmokingTracker runs in the browser on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Nothing to install — just open the link and you're ready to log.
What's the difference between the individual plan and the clinical version?
The individual plan is standalone — just you and your data. The clinical version adds a practitioner dashboard that a counsellor can use to monitor your progress if you're in treatment and choose to share. The tracking app itself is identical either way.
